At Rey De Perfumes, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review our return policy before making your purchase.

Returns

• Returns are accepted within 15 days of the shipping date for a full refund minus shipping fees.
• Items must be returned in their unopened, unused, undamaged and in original packaging to receive a full refund.
• If the item is returned opened or without factory sealed packaging, a 30% restocking fee will apply.
• Products that are heavily used, damaged by the customer, or missing original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment, less any applicable restocking fees.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has shipped.
• Please allow up to 7 business days after return approval for the refund to be processed.

Shipping Disclaimer

• Rey De Perfumes is not responsible for delays or damage caused by shipping carriers.
• We are not liable for breakage, loss, or damage that occurs during transit.
• Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the carrier.
• If your shipment is lost or damaged, we will gladly assist you by providing any documentation or information needed to help you file a claim with the shipping carrier.

Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. Rey De Perfumes is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
